Executive Summary
The Abs new company need to make some changes on the correct website.
The ABS Stakeholders are being identified and Rasci Priority matrices are being developed. The
system requirement are analysed and Traceability requirements are developed .The requirements are
then modelled into use case, sequence and entity relationship diagrams. The diagrams helps to capture
user requirements and lead to development of recommended changes on the ABS News Website.

List of requirement for change.
ABS New’s website shall modify menu to a visible Vertical Menu showing Top
Stories,Latest,Videos,Australia,World,Podcasts ,SBS Home features and Quality policy represented by
menus (Lethbridge et al ,2016).
.The category features of politics, News, food and health is added into the system. The system shall
have new News feature for enabling users to read news of all categories both from within the country
as local news and abroad as international news.
The change of other features such as view Updates, upcoming Events. Change and developing new
features which enable Users to submit their opinions via the opinion poll/ comment section created on
the website. This opinion poll is used to get users’ views about certain events such as politics, sports
and health. The system shall contains the create Account and Login feature that was purposely
included to keep track of active members that visit the system for latest news and any other updates
(Satzinger et al ,2016).The most frequently visited feature on this system is the Live Streaming feature
that gives access to users for live updates.
Requirements Lifecycle Management
System Requirements.
Functional Requirements.
Login .The System shall enable audience and staff to login by using of password and username.
Register. The system shall enable users/audience/staff to provide registration details and then details
are stored in the database ( Connolly and Begg,2015).
View and read News. The system shall enable client/audience to access news by viewing and
reading.
News Notification. The system shall notify the client about breaking news and current news.
Check Event. The system allows audience to search and display events within Australia.
Carries Live stream. The system shall enable to stream live news on their device for example mobile
phones or computers.
Post,edit and delete comment. The system shall enable users to manipulate with comments.
Post, edit,save and delete news .The system administrator shall post ,edit and delete news.
Add client on system. The system administrator shall add client on the system
Internet. The system shall be online and accessed by all audience in Australia while using internet.

Non Functional Requirement.
Reliability.
The SBSNEWS website should be operating effectives and efficient thought. The update
and upgrading is done effectively to meet the required standards. The SBSNEWS website
should be reliable free from faults and failure.
Usability.
The SBSNEWS website interface should be designed in a way users can be enable to
interact with it free and with ease while making booking and payment of tickets. So the
system should be user friendly, easy to learn and understand.
Scalability.
SBSNEWS website should be able to handle a number of audience to interact with
system .about million people living in Australia (Sommerville, 2016).

The SBSNEWS website shall be speedy while processing request.
Handle high capacity and take short time during processing client requests.
