opportunities. For evaluating the challenges and opportunities due to COVID for the business firm
Andicars Ltd, which has seen the potential in the market to deal with the travel problems of people
amidst pandemic meanwhile keeping their safety and health as their first priority (Annosi and et. al.,
2020). The driving force of Havant operating since the year 1977 which is providing approximately
75000 jobs per weak and providing taxi services to the people of Havant and Waterlooville. Reason for
choosing this company is that it is one of the significant business units of hospitality industry
concerned towards taking care of the needs of people and helping them shifting from one place to
another meanwhile ensuring their safety and security along with boosting up the economic growth.
While working as a driver in Andicars Ltd, it has been observed that there is decline in sales volume as
people prefers to travel by their own cars rather than using public transport which has cause disruptions
in the business activities. The prime objective of this report is to assess the culture and context of
Andicars Ltd, appraise the culture and ethical behaviour presented and evaluate the organisation within
its broader environment using numerous tools. Business analytical tools used in the further report to
identify and determining the business needs are PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis, MOST analysis and
Business model analysis (Chen and et. al., 2020). These tools will help Andicars Ltd to identify the

solution to all will not work. This situation made company to face problems.
Maintaining transparency: Another ethical issue faced by the company was maintaining
transparency among in the company, even though company follows the clan culture but the covid 19
situation when everyone was working from home, it become difficult for the Andi cars to maintain
transparency.

becomes essential for the company like Andi cars to resolve their ethical dilemma in order to continue

the overall performance of the company effectively. With current covid 19 pandemic situation where
the financial and cultural performance of business organisation are being affected, I have learned that it
becomes essential for the companies to analyse their external factors which are changing due to the
current pandemic such as there is huge change in the political and economic conditions of the country
due to the covid 19 also there is increasing use of the technology currently. In addition to this I have
also learned about the competitive forces which directly influence the functioning of the business. This
module helped me to enhance my analytical skills, as during this module I had to collect and analyse
various information and take correct decision regarding the use of right information effectively which
automatically lead to enhancing my analytical skills. Through this module I have also learned that the
workplace of an organisation plays an essential role in the success and growth of the company and
promoting smooth working environment. In addition to this I have also learned that effective culture of
the company helps in achieving financial and non financial performance. The current pandemic lead to
creating various ethical dilemma for the company which can lead to influencing their profitability
which are needed to be overcome through taking corrective actions. Through this module I have
analysed that in order to continue to grow and develop it is very essential for company specially during
the covid 19 situation to measure their external environment and accordingly formulate necessary
strategies also re-evaluate their culture in order to enhance their performance effectively also necessary
actions and strategies needed to be considered by the company in order to over come the ethical
dilemma. This module helped me to enhance my problem solving skills through involving in various
complex situation and also enhance my analytical skills through collecting and analysing various skills
effectively.

the competitive market various leadership and management skills plays an very essential role at the

and porter's five force model also the drivers of changes such as globalisation, information technology

analysed. In addition to this the effectiveness of company's culture in achieving financial and non

circumstances and not able to maintaining transparency in the company along with their solution to
