International human resource management is the process where organization develop and
set their goals on global world level. This report will show that how industry can manage their
human resource management different country, And also provide information about Anglo
American model.

Practices of International human resource management and the
IHRM is the practice which is prepares for organization development in other country.
Organization has prepared proper plan to their HR development at different plan. Effective
IHRM prepares employee productivity so that they can achieve target successfully at
international and national level. So many factors are affects the IHRM because every country has
different culture, social activities, different needs and many more. But the proper strategy and the
plan is beneficial for new industry development or human resource evolution at different place.
Planning is the major practice of international organization development. Plan is aall
about process which is helpful to provide idea that which things are best for human resource
practices, how company can choose right employee in different country.
Recruitment and selection which means development of business in other place is
difficult but the proper hiring of employee those are already known about the country culture is
beneficial for organization. The best practice by company director, recruitment manager is that
they select people which has already some knowledge about other place, so they can effectively
work for the business.
After completion of selection process organization management do third practice which
is training, it means the management prepare training programme for their job skills
improvement. And the last one is compensation it is key aspect where employee wants some
extra income for staying in the other country because some time other counties are more
expensive.
