In the recent times, there have been massive trends in the online gaming market. The
gaming market faces major competitions in the recent times due to a large number of competitors
who are in the process of developing new kind of gaming strategies for bringing new experiences
for the people. The AnimeCoup Pty Ltd has also understood the present market scenario and thus
have decided to enter within the competitive market to develop an innovative game that would
be able to improve the market scenario of the company. The pricing strategies of the company
would also be changed in order to generate more profits.
1.2 Operational Objectives
The concept of gaming is considered as the most important for people of all ages. In
order to maintain their foothold over the gaming sector, the company has incurred games
designers, software developers, graphic designers and a dedicated marketing team to look into
the operational aspects of the organisation. They would perform an analysis over the current
market and then decide on some strategies to develop their organisational strategy. They would
also develop an innovative gaming concept, which would be entirely new to the users and thus
