identify the privacy and confidentiality issues that may interest and concern with cloud
computing. Researchers involve 372 participants from EDUCASE and accumulate the data
accordingly. In this research, researcher investigates elicit possible issues and regulations in the
area of privacy which affect the implementation of Cloud Computing Technologies. They have
explored various legal obligations which are associated with the use of cloud computing within
the organisations.

Employee shortage
(Adjusting to Skill Shortages: Complexity and Consequences, 2011) Skills shortage or
employee shortage is one of the biggest issue in hospitality sector. Consequences and effects of
these causes affect the overall industry profitability ratio. In order to increasing the competition
and requirement of quality staff, issue of employee staff has been increasing in rapid manner.
The main aim of this article is to overlook the issue in order to take some corrective action plan.
Besides, study also aiming to express the main causes of employee shortage and their effects on
overall industry. Overall study helps to change the perception of employees mind over the ability
to attract labour towards quality. Besides, government also can take some action plan in favour
to employee satisfaction and introduces some new policies in favour of employee enhancement.
Furthermore, study also helps company to introduce some new methods in favour of employees
such as estimation methods, the incidence of skill shortages. Usefulness of this article or
methods helps hospitality industry in order to build-up new skilled staff, new employee
motivation approaches, or reduces the number of shortages as well. Besides, in terms of limited
data and approaches might be the reason of project failure or study failure. On the basis of
observation, it has been concluded that, employee shortage is the complex labour market
phenomenon. As per my observation, it is the most serious concern for the industry that needs to
be proper attention.
