This article examines the communication obstacles in the context of health care between
nurses and clients. Patient happiness is based on the contact between the health service
provider and the patient in good quality treatment. Furthermore, if the health care
professionals develop good IPR with it directly effect on the rehabilitation of the person. This
article is concluded by encouraging nurses to ensure strong IPR with clients, increasing the
medical clinics and facilities and also improvement in the attitude of health care personnel.
The main limitation of the article is only limited to 50 nurses and 50 patients in two different
hospitals whereas, including the expert ideas in the research, indicated the strong point for
this research. In particular, this article will assist me in dealing extract the points of expert
ideas and will also work out with similar types of barriers. Lastly, I will also work out with
the cultural aspect and also the understandable language during the time of research.

This report explores the opinions of physicians working in the hospital of Hongkong, on the
communication between physicians, and physicians and patients. Trilingual is the main factor
in the hospital which affect the effective communication of clinicians in an Emergency
Department (ED). Ethnographic based qualitative research was conducted where the
physicians and nurses working in an ED were interviewed with a questionnaire. The result of
this survey showed that communication is dynamic, complicated and delicate. Hence, the best
strategies should be established and enforced in facilities, with an awareness of the major
contributing factors of the problem, embracing patient-centered values, developing

maternity period. A qualitative exploratory-descriptive research, performed with nine deaf
women of the nortern town of Minas Gerais by using semi-structured interview. As a result,
there is lack of communication with the nursing staff during the perinatal period, women
experienced challenges in the treatment due to unprepared practitioners for the usage of sign
language, lack of interpreters in services, speaking too quickly and using face mask and they
found it difficult to read the lips. Morever, researcher maintain the privacy and
confidentiality of the participants’ identity as their names were replaced by different codes
which can be taken as its strength point. The principal drawback of the paper is that all the
work has been carried out exculisvely in urban areas. In particular, this article will assist by
bringing the non-verbal forms of communication in collecting the data.
