The paper has been based on the sustainability as a concept that will help in developing
awareness among the people to save the environment. It is high time that environment must
be prioritised and protected in order to lead a better and healthy life. The duty of a
responsible citizen is to make full use of sustainability in his or her daily life. The Tbilisi
Conference (UNESCO, 1977) to bring in changes in the activities of students to lead a better
life first introduced environmental education in the year 1970. The main aim of the authors
where to who spread environmental literacy and responsibilities to the students that will help
in in taking initiatives to bring in sustainable changes in the environment. However, it has
been assessed by the North American Universities that very few initiatives are being taken for
people are least aware of the environmental responsibilities. Students are being made aware
of the environmental stewardship and responsibilities that will help in building a bridge
between the gap created in the real world and the classroom. This education will help in
understanding the environmental waste and the ways we can reduce it.
One of the best aspects that has been found in the paper is that it has described about various
Spears that can help in development of the environment. It has also provided the
sustainability triad, which helps in providing enough knowledge to the students that will help
in taking up sustainable actions to develop waste management in the environment. The paper
has also described about initiatives that can be taken by the citizen in development of
environment and the challenges they are going to face while taking up sustainable
environment. There are numerous factors that has been laid in the paper, which will give a
great explanation of the social environmental and economic factors in bringing changes in the
environment. The paper is quite efficient; however, it lacks in few of the aspects. Some of the
approach to student with the information that has been provided in the paper may be very

difficult to understand initially. Various Spears have been described which can be easily
explained in simple words to make it easy for the students to understand its importance.
Explanation of the programs could have been much easily written. The paper can be well
structured that could help in better understanding of the subject.

development of the environment. A great framework has an effective impact in complex
sustainability issues and help in in community as well as economic development. Engaging
three pillars framework in the education system for environmental students will help up in
great understanding of the approaches that they must take up to bring in environmental
changes in the society. It will be dealing with the technological innovation, governance and
loss as well as economic and financial aspects of the environment. It also can be said, as the
discipline that will help in making it easier for human beings to take a facility in their daily
work. It will ensure that there is good governance, technological implementation and
marketing of environmental sustainability. The paper will also describing about the key
environmental goals and the laws that must be taken up in order to develop the environmental
conditions. In developing environmental sustainability there will be various challenges,
which can be easily resolved with various models or frameworks
This paper has been identified to discuss about the three pillars of sustainability framework.
Whereas in other paper it has been describing about every aspect in details. The structure of
the paper is quite evident and easy to understand. In fact, the framework that has been used
here is the triple pillars framework is much easier compared to other frameworks; hence, it

becomes easier to explain about the subject and provide adequate information. Moreover, in
this paper, the headings have been very prominent and one can easily understand the content
reading the headings. The introduction and abstract gives a very detailed information about
the paper. However, in the paper the author has not provide examples for instances with
which one can understand the ways to use the three pillars in developing sustainable
environment. The author could have explained in details with the instances and make it much
easier to the students to grasp about the content.
