would be required to improve my skills so that I will essentially be able to portray my skills as a
Democratic and Laissez Faire leader. In reverence to this, I will also be required to undergo the
revision of certain concepts so as to reive my leadership style and to attain success in the long
run (Western, 2019). Hence, the given section will focus on the five different aspects which I am
required to develop:
1. Planning: The first aspect I will be required to work on will be the Planning aspect.
Under this domain, I would be required to build my planning skills. In reverence to this,
it is critical to understand that without planning, Leadership cannot be undertaken and
with reference to this, in order to succeed as a leader I would be essentially required to
work on my leadership skills and to build them. This would ensure that I am successfully
