The concept of racism in Australia has a deep root in the distant past. The

approach of 5-E. The 5 – Es are – Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Ethical consideration,

Effectiveness – To measure the effectiveness of the antiracism policy, it is worth becoming
aware of the strategies the policy includes addressing the challenges. This policy is a kind of
training focused on the enhancement of the antiracism behavior and beliefs among the
participants or among the entire generation (Kowal, 2015). According to the general
antiracism policy of Australia there is no room for supporting the notion of racism in the
