Recommendations for Australia and New Zealand Bank
1. Australia and New Zealand Bank are recommended that it needs to get in touch with its
information technology team or agency for the development and implementation of the new
and updated Enterprise Resource Planning system. Enterprise resource planning is the
procedure utilized by businesses to handle and incorporate the key parts of their business. A
number of Enterprise Resource Planning software applications are present in the market for
the support of the businesses to execute resource planning by incorporating every procedure
if the business requires running the single system (Leon, 2014). An ERP system can
incorporate planning, inventory purchasing, sales, human resources, finance, marketing, etc.
Establishing Enterprise Resource Planning into the business could result in eliminating the
chances of duplication into the procedure of the business which results in justifiable use of
resources, saving the efforts of human resource and other natural resources (Addo & Helo,
2011).
2. Australia and New Zealand Bank must work towards establishing a separate department
into the business that must work towards the benefit, welfare, and health of the entire
organization. Establishing a separate department will result in increasing the confidence of
the employee over their organization which will eventually increase their productivity for the
business. Besides this, with the separate department, other key divisions of the company will
effectively manage their operations without compromising the health and welfare of the
employees as well as the entire organization. In addition to this, to establish a separate
department, the company will need new team members who could work in this department
(Johnson, 2013). For that company has to hire more employees, which will result in offering
employment to the skilled and desiring people of the society.

level. Human growth is one of the bases of the human relationships that are looking for
expression (Zacher & Frese, 2011). However, building relationships with another divisional
employee are quite challenging because every person has a diverse personality in a typical
workplace like Australia and New Zealand Bank. In this type of environment, the personality
must be enticing to the colleague. Managing relationships at the workplace are very essential
to have healthy and good professional relationships among the workforce. It is not just
beneficial for an employee but for the entire organization. Considering the issues related to
conflicts among employees while working on the joint projects due to the decentralized
system, the bank must organize different types of programs and events that could bring
together each and every employee. This will also work in increasing the interaction among
employees of every division. Besides this, it can also build a strong relationship among
employees and employer.
4. Corporate social responsibility enables the business to do something for the society,
customers, and environment which matters a lot for the stakeholders (Yeung, 2011).

events and campaigns through which it can show its contribution towards the development of
the society. This will help business in getting involved with society and understanding their
needs. Besides this, it will enhance the image of the business in the eyes of every stakeholder.
5. Considering the disadvantages of the departmentalization, Company must work on
