INTRODUCTION
In order to plan any type of event, it is required to make sure that proper analysis is made
so that the steps needed to be covered are considered. In this context, proper planning is required
so that all the set programs are completed within speculated time period. To conduct the report,
Anzac Day Sydney event is taken into consideration and it is required to be celebrated on 25th
April. This report covers information about positive and negative impact of event utilizing
principles of sustainable and triple bottom line approach. Further, it also includes evaluation
made for creative approach to the task style.
Brief description of the event
The day of ANZAC is one of the most important event that is organized at Australia on
25th of April. This is celebrated by people for the remembrance of soldieries who died in serving
for the country to get freedom. This can be determined as a type of opportunity that women and
men get to show their respect to people who died serving the country. In accordance with the
records from the last year event, it is expected that more than 7000 people will visit to witness
the event. More specifically, there were about 38000 people who attended Anzac Day Down
services at War Memorial in Canberra. The event will start by 9:00am from Elizabeth Street.
This is a type of event that is celebrated every year and for each year that scale of program is
raised and management made is so effective that each person get to know about each program.
This way, it can be stated that people are conscious and support effectively for the programs that
are undergone.
Evaluation of success or failure in achieving the events aim and objectives
In order to make an event success, it is required that aim and objectives are set so that
proper path is developed with the help which it can be achieved. With this respect, below given
are the aim and objectives set:
Aim: To celebrate ANZAC Day and make it a memorable one. As per the type of aim that is set
will help in making sure that success of event can be attained. It enables to develop path through
