structures and functions which creates impact on tits
performance and Arise a need to analyze influenced factors.
The report is going to analyze these factors of Apex Hotels
with the help of SWOT and PESTLE analysis.

Political factors: The factor includes all the influence of politics

market. Digital sources are the best drivers to operate and
with e-commerce facilities.
Threats: The hotel operations are affected by competition
into hospitality industry in UK market. Hotel has to enable
competitive strategies in order to gain competitive market
stability.
