agreed and some are disagree over this statement. There are approx 40% people who are highly
agreed over this statement that through CSR the competitive advantage can be gained. Along
with this, there are 20% staff members who are agreed, 10% employees have no reaction over
this statement, 15% respondents are disagreed and 15% staff members are highly disagreed. So,
in this manners, it can be analysed that through CSR the hospitality industry will be able to
sustain their competitive advantage.
