INTRODUCTION
It is essential for an organisation to have a good team of employees in order to achieve
set goals and objectives. The below report showcases the effectiveness of team management
within Apparel Brands. Apparel Brands is an Australian based distributor and manufacturer of
footwear and clothing. The organisation was founded in 1901. It takes orders from suppliers
retailers and retailers on the clothing products which are manufactured from the specifications of
retailers. In order to ensure its required growth and development the company has embarked
itself on a bold new strategic direction. The report explores various factors directed towards
these strategic developments. These factors include value proposition, target market, required
information to set up the venture and required consultations and networks etc. The report
develops brief analysis and planning as in what terms the company can successfully set-up its e-
commerce venture. Along with it, the report puts light on the steps which needs to be taken in
order to set up the e-commerce venture. Later, the performance plan has initiated for the team
and its requirements has been explored (Zhang, Li and van Dick, 2015). At last, the report
concludes the overall understanding and evaluation made in it and what recommendations the
organisation need to improve its efficiency.

The customers will be offered by all qualities and standards of footwear's and clothings.
These products will be produced with the best quality of raw materials. The products will be
produced and sold to all class of consumers available in the market. The chosen products are
footwear's of all categories including shoes, floaters, slippers for both of the genders and every
age category such as kids, men's, women's. Other products include clothings where the company
will provide all set of clothings for both of the genders. Also, all the ages will be provided with
the different types of clothings including shirts, t-shirts, trousers, etc. The quality of the products
would be high-class as Apparel Brands wants to earn good reputation in the market. These
products will benefit the consumer in different ways as firstly, it would help the consumers in
easy buying options and they do not have to go to stores again and again for their purchases.
Also, it is going to provide them with the best quality products at their doorsteps easily, which
will save their time and effort both (Noe, Hollenbeck, and Wright, 2017).
