INTRODUCTION
The business report is a document which covers all the main objectives of the business
and the purpose for which the business is running and operating (Hörisch, Johnson and
Schaltegger, 2015). The present report is based on company Apple. The company was founded
by Steve Jobs, Ronald Wayne and Steve Wozniak and is headquartered in Cupertino, California.
The company deals in designing and developing the electronic goods and computer software and
related online services. The present report will outline the mission of the company and growth
strategies adopted by the company to achieve the objectives. In the end the different ecological
and social responsibilities issues faced by the company are discussed.
MAIN BODY

Size and type- The Apple is a publicly owned company where the shares of the company
are being available in the market for the public to trade in. the shares of the company gained an
increase of 3.2 % which gave the company a market capitalization of around $1.01 trillion
(Apple worth $1 trillion for first time in 2019 after detailing new iPhones streaming pricing,
2019). The shares of the company in the market has increased by 40 % till now. Also, the
company is the largest company in the field of information technology in the terms of income.
Sector in which it operates- the company operates in many different types of sectors but
mainly operates in the electronics sector and technology sector. The company has indulgence in
many different sectors like computer hardware and software, cloud computing, artificial
intelligence, financial technology and many others.
Growth strategy- the major strategy adopted by the company for managing the growth is
the product development. This is the major growth strategy because of the reason that in the
business environment there are many frequent changes which takes place and impacts the
business as well. Thus, the company apple focuses on these changes and continuously tries to
bring in those changes in the product which improve the quality of the product and the sales and
revenue of the company increases (Miguel and Casado, 2016).
Mission- the mission of apple is ‘to bringing the best user experience to its customers
through its innovative hardware, software and the services. This mission covers the main aim of
the business that is satisfying the consumers with the improved quality of the goods and services
produced by the company.

Achieving its objectives- for achieving the mission of the company, apple has break down
its mission into smaller parts that is best user experience, innovate in hardware and software. this
breakdown is necessary because now it helps the business in achieving the mission more easily
(Heald, 2018). This is majorly because of the reason that now the company can focus of some
smaller part as this will help company in paying more focus. For this the activities undertaken is
the thorough research of the market. This is very necessary to understand the taste and preference
of the consumers and also to know that what are the latest trends going in the market and what
are the latest technological advancements taking place in the business environment. This will
help the company to bring in new and innovative ideas to bring in the products of the company
so that the consumers are satisfied with the products of the company.
Evaluation of social responsibilities and ecological issues faced by company
In the latest and modern world, the consumers are giving preference more to the
protection and safeguarding of the society. This is majorly because of the reason that if the
company does not take care of the society and the ecological system then the consumers will not
like the company and their goods and services. Thus, it is very ne4cessary for apple to pay
attention to the ecological and social responsibilities issues. These issues are like following the
ethical practices of doing the work, reducing the carbon footprint from the environment,
controlling the emissions from the products of the company and minimizing the negative impact
of the radiations which are emitted out of the products of the company.
For this the company is using the concept of recycling the products and the waste coming
out of the production of the different products. This is majorly because of the reason that these
emission harm the environment and for this the company is trying to reduce the impact over the
environment. Also, the company is making the efficient use of the concept of energy
consumption and measures to reduce the carbon footprint. This is majorly because of the reason
that the emission of carbon footprint. This is majorly because of the reason that carbon footprint
is the amount of carbon dioxide which is released in the atmosphere as a result of the activities of
the company. thus, it is the duty of the company to reduce the amount of carbon footprint (Gast,
Gundolf and Cesinger, 2017).
This, improving of the issues relating to the social responsibilities is very necessary
because of the reason that if the company do not focus on this then the sales of the company will

From the above study it can summed up that outlining all the facts in the business report
is necessary. This is majorly because of the reason that this will help the company in outlining all
its aims and objectives and what measures the company is taking in accomplishing those
objectives. This is because of the reason that this will help the company in analysing the areas
where it is lacking and to find ways in which this can be overcome. The present report discussed
the mission of the company apple and the ways in which those can be achieved by the company.
