Human resource management is an important aspect as it mainly deals with the manpower
along with that labour, talents and personnel. I work as a head of human resource management in
Apple Inc.
Apple Inc. is a multinational company which is based in Cupertino, California in America.
The company mainly deals with the consumable electronic goods and the company is listed in the
top four technological company around the world. The products that the company sale in the
market are namely, iPhone; iPad; Apple TV; Mac Laptops and many more which are the main
products. The company is founded by Steve Jobs in the year 1976 (Miller and Laurie 2018). In the
initial days the company use to sale computer in the market and then gradually with time they
started making cell phones, tablets and laptops. The company is considered as the popular cell
phone brand in the world.

Problem Statement
Apple possess a tie up with the Foxconn Company which is there in China and also the
supplier of labour in China. Foxconn have exploited the labour market in China and they have also

people in China. These is a problem for the organization to enter the Chinese market (Pun et al.
2016).

Apple before entering the Chinese market removed all the allegation that was there against
them. The company took the initiative to pay the labour as per the Fair Labour Association so that
the labour were paid as per the industry standard. The initiative was taken by the organization to

Therefore, the company need to do research properly (Pun et al. 2016).
The company need to look into the SWOT analysis which will help the organisation to earn
huge amount of profit from the market along with that help the company to appoint fresh talent.
This will also help me to grow and develop my skill as a HR manager so that I can become
successful in life.
Current Issues

collaborative culture will automatically help the HR manager to enhance the operational
performance within the organisation. This will improve the performance of the
employee along with the HR manager (Farahani, Moak and Rohrbach 2017). Apple Inc.
should allow the cross-culture method as these might increase the collaboration between
the employees. If the organizational culture is not improved then there is a risk that the
employee might leave the organization. The employee also should provide with the
positive and friendly environment to work which automatically enhance the productivity
of the employee. As a HR manager, it is important for me to grow in the organization
and enhance my performance in the process so that I can grow in my career. This will
enable the organization to retain the talent and skilful employee of the organisation.

should be made accordingly so that the productivity level increases in the process.
To improve the organizational culture the company need to set the team in such a way that
the employee with different cultural background work together. These will help them to
build a bonding and will help them to work collaboratively in an effective manner.
Therefore, it can be said that the company need to build a friendly environment so that the
employees who are working under the Apple Inc. should possess a mental peace which will
help them to perform well in the organization.
