This project elaborates a detail marketing plan that has to be followed for launching
Apple & Cinnamon Jam manufactured by Transilvania Food Company in the international
market of United Kingdom (UK). The company manufactures unique and quality food products
but in order to secure a position in the global competitive market the company is willing to
promote one special new food product “Apple & Cinnamon Jam” in UK.
The purpose of this market research study is to analyze the internal and external market
of UK where Transilvania Food Company desires to launch its new product Apple & Cinnamon
Jam through online platform. The study is focused in investigating the customer demands while
selling the product in the new market. Though, there are many similar product manufacturing
companies are there but after conducting an elaborate market research this product will be
launched. The company should implement various marketing strategies so that the customers
should be selective and attractive towards their products. The details marketing research plan is
illustrated and the possible risks that may interrupt the project progress are also elaborated in this
