As per the evaluation of Part A discussion panel, in which various discussions were being
made towards working of respective company i.e. Apple in markets of China. One of the key
difficulty that is to be evaluated is that, HR manager of the firm has to face several difficulties in
adopting as per Chines culture, as individuals were not familiar with any universal culture as in
countries like UK, Canada, Indian and many more nations wherein chosen company have set their
business and also have attained their desired goals and objectives.
During the process of operational work in China, managers of Apple encountered that, there
were less count of female employment in tech industries due to various issues including pregnancy
and any other mental health condition. However, problem of adoption as per Chines culture was
being observed as the greatest challenge to various managers and leaders of respective business
firm. Another outcome that was being encountered in conducting several operational work of the
firm, it was being observed that, there was less composition of various individual who posses less
knowledge about the respective field area in which company was realising employment
opportunities in the region. Various job opportunities that were being realised in the given region
were in technical IT field, innovation and computer science. As the end result that was being
extracted was of 65% of male employee with comparison to 35% of female employee count
working in the given region (D O'Rourke, 2018).
Different strategies were being built in operational working of the firm to overcome such
issue faced during recruitment process in HR department of the firm. To accomplish desired
objectives of the firm with available resources and also in given time period, certain standards and
strategies was being formulated that would possible prove to be helpful for attainment of desired
results of the operational firm. This includes dedicating more efforts of the firm towards adapting as
per culture of various individuals in the nation and various counter strategies were being build in the
organisational structure which will promote better growth of the firm within given resources and
will possibly create better brand image of company's products in given operational environment i.e.
China. Modification in company's services which is to delivered to various customer available in
given marketplace of China. This will shape respective activities of an individual working in the
operational work towards desired goals and objectives of the firm and also develops better potential
of the firm to attain desired objective ensuring sustainable approach of the firm (Zhu, Hu and et. al.,
2021).

Apple is able to develop effectiveness in its operational activities and also develop better potential
