Introduction
The interconnection between the various markets situated in different places of the world so that
the services and the product quality can be improved is termed as globalisation. In this research,
the ethical issues that are arising in Apple due to globalisation and the ways in which they are
affecting the operations of human resource manager will be examined.
Managing the project plan
Research aim
The aim of this plan is to analyse the ethical impact of Apple due to globalisation on the
operations of human resource management.
Objectives of the research
After framing the sole motive of the investigation, these can be stated:
 To understand the ethical issues that are occurring in Apple due to globalisation
 To analyse the functions of human resource managers in dealing with the ethical issues of
Apple
 To inspect the shortcomings of the ethical issues in Apple that is disrupting the functions
of human resources management in Apple due to globalisation
Problem Statement
Apple is in the top list of one of the most admired companies in the world but there are various
issues, which affects the success of the company. The company has its best human resource

management policies but they need to collaborate with other institutions or universities by means
of social media or other platforms so that they can hire potential talents. The recruitment policies
are complicated and create bar sometimes-in hiring talents. The HR manager needs to ensure that
they should recruit and train best talents so that superior products can be offered to the
consumers (Martin, 2015). The HR manager should frame privacy policies so that they do not
harm the consumers as well as the employees. The HR should train employees in such a way that
the employees are capable of recycling of the old products of Apple and eliminate use of toxic
chemicals to maintain sustainability.

Project management steps
The squad leader must frame the outline of the project before so that no problem arises while the
project is being executed. The project management consists of the following steps- Initiation,
Planning, Execution and Closure (Meredith et al., 2017). The ethical issues arising in Apple due
to globalisation must be critically analysed to understand the impact on human resource
management. The problems arising in the path of such research must be pointed out by the
manager so that they can be removed in the proper time and solved by appropriate
recommendations.

Scope of the project
The project plan will deal with analysing the strategies, systems and measures, which will be
framed by Apple so that the ethical issues arising in the company due to globalisation can create
a positive impact on the functions of human resource manager.
Duration
The plan for the successful execution of the research will start from 1st June 2019 and end on 5th
July 2019. Within this period, the leader of the project management team will analyse the ethical
impacts of Apple due to globalisation on the operations of human resource managers of the
concern.
Quality of the project
The design, outline and rough sketch of the project will be such that it maintains its superiority
all through the period (Fleming and Koppelman, 2016). A team of four people and a team
director is chosen to conduct the process of survey among 30 people of Apple. The questionnaire
will be framed in a manner to collect the required responses needed for managing the project
successfully.
Risk of the research
There are various kinds of risks associated with every step of managing and executing the
project. The team leader should analyse the income and expenses of the plan earlier so that there
is no deficiency of funds while managing the project. The issues faced in the ethical
considerations of Apple due to globalisation have to be managed so that they can create a
positive impact on the operations of human resource manager of the concern.

place while conducting the research are materials like pen, paper, laptop and documents in which

Research methodology:
Research methodology would help to identify the process that should be adapted by the
researcher in order to obtain the right outcome form the research. In this research project also, it
is necessary to identify the factors that are to be used for obtaining the right result.
Research approach
In order to reveal the format of the research that is to be used, the research approach helps. It has
been seen that deductive approach is to be used for the present research. As the research is to be
conducted upon the data and information taken from the existing sources and it is not directing
towards any new research path, deductive approach will be the best suitable approach here.
Research philosophy
The assumption process taken into consideration in order to conduct the research can be called as
the research philosophy. In this particular research, positivism, instead of interpretivism or
realism has been selected. Positivism will help to finding out the fact and figures required for
research and the logical coherence can be justified.
Research design
For identifying the standard format in order to conduct the research, research Design helps. In
the present research, descriptive design will be used instead of exploratory or explanatory. By
considering the details of the research, the descriptive design will be suitable here as the minute
details can be obtained through this

Data sources
In this research, primary research along with the secondary research has been taken into
consideration by the researcher. Primary research has been conducted by using human
interaction like survey. On the contrary, literary sources like company reports, associated
journals and books has been used in order to gather the detail data and information related to the
research topic.
Process of data collection
Only the quantitative survey method has been used here. For conducting the survey,
questionnaire has been used. The respondent has been provided with the online and offline
versions of the questionnaire. Their responses have been recorded for conducting the research.
Sampling
The research will be conducted among the employees of Apple. Therefore, 30 respondents have
been selected in order to take participation in the research. For selecting the respondents, random
sampling method has been used.
Ethical consideration
 The collected data should not be used for any commercial purpose rather they should be
used for the academic field
 Identity of the participants should not be disclosed without their permission
 Participants should not come under any pressure to take part in the research
