The culture, rewards and incentives are truly the success path for the employees in Apple
Inc in terms of the behavioral control. All these aspects are indeed very crucial for the
organization since they are inclined towards the innovation process (Apple.com. 2020). This
innovation policy will indeed be very important and employees must be rewarded for showing
the ultimate tenacity in bringing new devices for different purposes. Employees can earn more
incentives if they can transform the company from a hyper growth company to a premium level
company (Dolata, 2017). Various innovations like on-board navigation systems, focusing on
Internet of Things and other technologies will improve their behavioral control.
The advantages of these four organizational structures are they can help the company to
improve properly cater to their growth within the industry. Through their divisional
characteristics of Apple Inc, they will look to innovate new products (Apple.com. 2020). The
matrix structure is very weak in the organization and this will be the most interesting thing to
distinguish between divisional and matrix organizational structure. The functional organizational
structure has helped the managers of the organization will assist them in developing new services
through their official browser (Joseph, Klingebiel & Wilson, 2016). The disadvantages can be
seen in Apple in terms of matrix structure because the flow of information will not be smooth for
information sharing.
When Apple Inc expanded into foreign markets, they had to apply the divisional
organizational structure because different divisions within the company would be assigned to
different tasks (Apple.com. 2020). These tasks can be carried out by the employees with smooth
communication. In the unknown foreign conditions, Apple would not be able to gain the
competitive advantage by only their brand value by the virtue of matrix organizational structure.
Managers of Apple Inc and Tim Cook would look forward to growth of services in foreign
