wide range of business operations. When Steve Job was in charge in apple all the authority of
making decision was with him (Alvarez, Afuah and Gibson, 2018). But there has been great
transformation in leadership when Tim cook has been appointed as a leader in Apple company.
According to many of the employees in apple company Tim cook is effective leader. Tim cook is
among one of inspirational leader among many of workers in Apple organization. Tim cook was
very much supportive leaders and an individual has supported his subordinates in becoming a
