Leadership plays an important role in the business
organisation. It refers to the individual or group's
ability to influence and guide their subordinates or
other members of the organisation. There are different
types of leadership styles which are used by different

organisation follows a particular leadership style as it is
important to motivate the employees and subordinates
and it helps them to work toward a particular which can
be achieved effectively and efficiently.

fortune companies of the world. Steve Jobs, Steve
Wozniak and Ronald Wayne founded the company
on April 1, 1976.

Various Leadership Styles Used By Apple Inc.
Autocratic leadership – It is also known as authoritarian leadership in which all the
decisions related to the business are controlled by an individual. There is very little
inputs and involvement of the group members are present in this type of leadership
style.
Democratic leadership – This style of leadership is also called participative leadership
or shared leadership in which all the members of the group are involved in the decision
making. This is one of the best leadership style to adopt by any type of organisation
such as private business, schools etc.
Quiet Leadership – Tim Cook was very innovative and also followed this type of
leadership and he got very much praised for this. Tim was so much different from the
Steve Jobs which was previous CEO
