The field which the project will be focusing on, is market research relating to product
development. This research relates to business management, since as a manager of a business,
it is important to figure out what market trends and demands in the customer segment can
influence the considerations that need to be made in the product development processes of a
business.

The main source of secondary which will be considered for the completion of the
project, is SAGE journals. SAGE is a collection of journals which have a variety of journals

The questions which the research paper will aim at solving are:
How exactly Apple’s product development is aided by its market research.
How that process gives the company a competitive advantage.
The variables in this question are: product development, market research, and
competitive advantage. Product development is the process of how a company updates or

research is the process of how a company gathers insights into the market trends and
