INTRODUCTION
There are different types of tools and techniques which are used by company to utilize
various change which helps to ascertain a strong position in market. As there are different layer
of management within company. This makes every process of the organisation very complex so
in order make simple process the management implement different types of modification in the
organisation. This report is based on the Apple Inc. and Samsung Group which deals to provide
various models of mobile phones, laptops (Ryan, 2013). This report explains about the various
types of modification made in the strategies and policies of company. There are two types of
drivers that is external and internal drivers which give impact on the leadership, team and
individuals who are performing different operations in the organisation. There are various
barriers which give impact on the various approaches of leadership which helps to inculcate with

and technological and many other factors which are concerned on to give positive and negative
impact on the functions of the organisation. This tends the company to make changes in various
strategies and policies of the company. These factors have various merit and demerit which
affect the level of profitability of company. These factor also impact on to ascertain competitive
advantages. And also helps to expand the growth of business, implementation of new and
innovative technology which helps to increase the efficiency of the organisation in decent
manner (Whitaker, 2013).

This company is UK based company which concerned with create new and attractive
design, development of various types of software, different electronic products to the customer.
This company was founded by Steve Job, Steve Worzniac and Ronald Wayne in year 1976.

iPad iPhone, Laptop, TV, Apple wrist watches and many other products which fulfil the demand

products to customer present in the marketplace. Organisation has generated large number of
revenues US$ 232.235 billion. There are 125, 000 worker performing different types of work in

This organisation come into existence in 1938 which is located as Samsung Town, Seoul.
This company is south Korean company which is started by the Lee Byung -Chul. This

which are used in the house, various apparel and many others. So company has generated of US
$305 billion in the form of revenue ( Agostino, Arena and Arnaboldi, 2013). There are almost
489000 e,employee which are performing different types of operation and functions of the
organisation in effective manner. They have capability to inculcate with the various condition
and situation of the organisation.
There are various strategies and policies which are ascertain by the organisation in order
to inculcate with various situation of the organisation in proper manner. It also focus on to add
various feature which helps to make new and innovative products for the customer. This helps to
