misses the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage like Dell, Microsoft and Samsung. In the
time of today, apple I operating in various lines of operations by designing not only computers
but various electronic devices like Mobiles, Laptops, tablets, watches, gaming consoles and
software.
Apple is continuing to provide innovative products to satisfy the needs of customers in the
market but even though their restless efforts have caused some problems in small markets. The
strategic issues and problems have reduced their market share below of 5% that has to lead to
major issues to run the company in the long run. The costs of apple to maintain their operations
have increased their comparison to utilizing the competitive operation system. The software
designers of Apple's operating system have also limited their sales due to the strategic issues that
are prevailing in their operations.
Another major issue that could come up as an advantage for the company laps to be another treat
that competitors are able to lap above the company by making an edge over them with producing
and sharing better products. The one advantage that Apple could possess with their operating
system but has failed to convince its consumer is their superiority.
Apple has to capitalize on the problems to resolve it as early as possible to make their future
growth stable. However, Apple has gained few customers but the number is not enough for the
company to require an upward growth and to reclaim a considerable market position.
