To analyse the future trends and direction in technological sector. A case study on Apple.

The project provides adequate knowledge about the trends and direction that is changes
as per dependence of innovation and advancement in technological sector. As there are various
technological advancement that is processed within the marketing as emerging and new trends
such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, edge computing, block-chain and many other
prospect as well. Apple is the greatest example of innovation in hardware, software and
providing services (Didenko and et. al., 2018). Emerging technologies as well as other new
technologies are leading the business and taken it to advance stage. Apple has implemented it
very well. We all know that apple started with a hardware product, now apple is a major brand
providing with phones, tabs, mac-book,watches and many more services. The company keep the
pace with emerging technologies and sometimes Apple was the one bringing new technology in
market also motivating and compelling its competitor to do so. There are few of its developments
with time:
For this it is essential for Apple to make continuous level of innovation as by analysing and
measuring market need as with this capability to attract higher attractiveness of marketplace is
attained with easiness.
Reason for choosing theme
The Apple is having a sustained future as in support of hardware, machine learning,
artificial intelligence under which sustainability of company get secured. But in this there are
higher competitive advantages faced by company from other smart phone companies. Thus the
reason to choose this theme is to analyse about various trends and technology that is followed by
Apple. There are few of its developments with time: Siri improvement: Siri is the thing on which
apple works to improve all time. Back in 2018 siri get even clever, the new AI based learning
make it work as a task manager. From siri one can operate Citi Mobile app and one can manage
all accounts with your voice, siri with AI technology can easily work with all Apple services.
Apple watch trend: it has been recorded that more than 33 million watches have been sold from
its time of launch in the market and the number is growing with time. This market has huge
scope for various applications of apple’s watch as it it is competitively less than iPhones. Apple’s

home kit: This is Apple’s home kit which was launched in 2016. Now a days it is getting more
popular, there is a considerable fact that more than 50 billion loT devices were sold by 2020. this
is a super smart device which connects with one network in a single system. Because of the
competition the companies reduce the price making it affordable for common people. Apple Pay:
Apple has been here for many years, but earlier it was used only to buy programs, music or
books through App store or iTunes. However we can now pay for other real things using Apple
Pay and it seems it’s becoming future substituent of PayPal, and other payment gateways.
Meaning the e commerce transaction by Apple Pay will grow.

 What is the impact of future trends and direction over productivity of Apple?
 What are the challenges faced by Apple during implementation of future trends within
working of an organization?

The aim get achieved with support of porters five forces and pestle analysis as these are
the framework that provide adequate information from the marketplace as with this probability to
achieve better competitive advancement is processed in progressive manner (Al-Turjman, Nawaz
and Ulusar, 2020). It assists to collect both micro and macro environmental analysis through
which possibility to target potential customer base is developed in timely constrained. In this to
collect suitable information both the research method is used such as qualitative and quantitative.
In this in terms of primary data collection literature review is conducted on the other hand for
secondary research appropriate questionnaire is designed. It assists to collect and gather
appropriate information in which sample size of 20 respondents is selected that is dependent on
random based sampling.
