are required for managing the project are not effectively assigned. In addition to this, the
problem of budget shortfall further causes a lot of challenges within the including financial
analysis. In order to avoid such issues, it is quite important to keep for tracking the project
expenditure as well as on the resources that are mainly utilized for completing the work of
construction in ARTC treatment centre effectively.
Communication challenges: It is found that the success of the entire project is mainly
dependent on communication and communication further helps in minimizing project risks. It is
found that due to lack of communication between the team members, it become quite difficult to
share ideas, project details as well as complications that the team members are facing. It is found
that in the absence of proper communication, the higher authority of the organization is unable to

does not have proper experience, they do not have proper knowledge of using proper project

handle different conflicts which generally occur during the entire progress of the project and they
are also incapable of taking proper decisions related with the project and as a result the success
of the project get compromised to some extent (Daniel & Daniel, 2018). As a result, lack of
management during project progress creates negative impact on the project.
