1. Reasons for undertaking the project
The main purpose of undertaking the project is to develop a treatment centre named
“Anders Reach Treatment Complex” for treating patients who requires proper treatment from the
habit of alcoholism, drug addiction as well as other types of addictions including depression,
trauma and grief. The main vision of the treatment centre is to providing proper facility of
treatment to the patients by making the environment of the treatment complex relaxing and calm
so that patients can be able recover faster. In addition to this, with the development of the new
building, the organization can be capable of providing enough space to the patients so that easily
sleep, relax as well as can be able to receive visitors. Moreover, other facilities like gardening,
spa, swimming, gym, computer room, electricity generators will also be provided so that the
patients will not face any type of challenges.
2. Expected benefits and ways in which it is measured
The expected benefits that are achieved by undertaking the construction of the complex
are elaborated with proper criteria that helps in measuring such benefits. The benefits are
elaborated below:
Proper environment: It is found that the relaxing as well as calm environment that is
provided by the treatment complex will act as crucial for recovering the patients from drug
abuse. This is because environment plays an important role in keeping the drug addict out of
temptation (Rayner et al., 2016).
Daily routine: Due to the treatment complex, the patients will be able to get daily check
up as well as proper therapy on proper time. It is found that proper treatment helps them
recovering from addiction effectively.

Generating revenue: As the constructed treatment complex will be able to provide a
number of services to the patients including accommodation facilities, parking facilities, giving
and swimming facility including all the health facility for recovering from their health issue
(Syed et al., 2015). This will attract a number of patient’s family and as a result the organization
will be able to make good business which is further helpful in generating revenue.
Awareness and learning: With the help of the treatment centre, the people can be able to
remain aware and learn about addiction and the ways with the help of which it can be recovered.
It further helps patients in realizing the way for living a life without having drugs and alcohol
(Hurd et all., 2015).
3. Expected dis-benefits from the project
The various dis benefits which are analyzed by the project stakeholder as the negative
point of treatment complex are elaborated below:
Privacy issues: There is high chances of occurring privacy issues as the data as well as
information of the patients if gets revelated. The treatment complex must make sure that they put
their best effort in keeping the information and data confidential (Bauer et al., 2015).
Expensive: As the treatment complex is providing other facilities like accommodation,
parking, gym, swimming and spa including treatment, the entire facilities will be quite expensive
and therefore it will be unaffordable by the middle-class people.
