Apple: The best supply chain in the world
It could be said that Apple should try to implement new ideas for making it's brand different
from its competitors like Samsung, cola, and Google. Apple always makes a surprise for its
consumers by launching a different product once in a while a year. They are providing quality
products to their consumers by analyzing the previous market products. By these factors, it could
be said that the product strategies of Apple are strongest. The future target which Apple wants to
achieve is to command their consumers and managing some easiest achievable knowledge for
privately making competition with their competitors.
Apple continually providing better service to the consumers and they include different ideas and
technical factors in their strategies. By using these innovating ideas the recent main financial
manager Tim Cook suddenly surprised the fans of Apple by involving the bit id in their model
iPhone 5s in the year of 2013. This model was recognized as the first reasonable phone in the
world which contains better fingerprint sensor in the year of 2015. The other products like
iPhone X and 3D typewriting were the products which showed excellent features and attracting
abilities for making attractive to people. The styles of this product were incredible and different.
So, it can be said that Apple now times also supporting their level of price.
The principles of Apple are a benchmark and they provide trust to the superintendent in every
step of their product which they are giving to the consumers and their employees for making
support to them. They are including principles for making the after sales services effective for
the consumers. The employees can take help from these products for making their target
completed. Apple provides the stuffing contributing strategies and keeps informed the consumers
about the products which made them different from others. They provide knowledge that these
products are their weapons for competing with their competitors.
The delivery process of Apple involves industrialism the commodities with the intimately forced
way. They use to sell their products on the online portals and in stores of Apple. They also use
their website for selling the product that creates various type of division ways by the help of
massive electronic wholesaler. Apple supports their products by using various channels like
social media platforms. They develop huge advertisement activities on various television

At sometimes Apple takes knowledge about their manufacturing process from the other countries
of the world. They use strategies of German for standing productive by not taking part in the
amenities because it could create additional pressure for them in making and creating the
facilities. They should try to focus on their commercial activities more for taking a higher
amount of opinions from their consumers. Apple is candidly launching their new products such
as Foxconn. Apple provides the best product producing facilities in China instead of a lower
employment rate is including there. Comparatively from their country, China contains a low
level of employment rate. The lower employment rate creates the dissimilarities in the total profit
which was earned by Apple across the world. The level of these dissimilarities increases with the
complete sale of a product and there is no entrance of these dissimilarities in their own
production process. Apple slashes the number of their outgoings before providing the market
services.
If Apple will plan to create new service of producing in any other country than they will enlarge
their service in the European Nations and they will spend the more quantity of amount for
making it happen. The market leaders of Apple are specialized for making the functions for
increasing their profitabilities. The correct function will be beneficial for the organization and it
will create a direct impact on the business of Apple. By using these approaches the organization
could become a high-tech organization that is making a better level of profit across the world.
The anxiety of services also becoming a morally wrong operating situation for increasing the
recent issues in the culture of Apple. The organization right now not containing the better
producing commanding services because the major amount of abstracts in the phones are made
by the developers of another country. This is the major weak situation in front of Apple now a
day which is creating negative buzz regarding the organization.
When I was saying my word, it was in my mind that Apple is the giant of the global supply
chain. It is a huge profitably situation for this organization. Moreover, the supply chain process
of Apple also including various situations of risks in themselves. For removing those risky
situations the management of organization developed some effective and converted strategies. If
we look on the performance level of Apple than it could be found moderately remarkable
because Apple created a wide range of supply chain which is helpful for the marketing
department of Apple and it could provide support to their selling and marketing process. With
the help of customer demands and not making any strategies by using their own perspective of
industrializing Apple made stable themselves with a unique type of supply chain. They are
standing stable in comparison with the other organizations which are providing quality products
to the consumers for making a better profit level. Moreover, Apple is also supplying better
sustainability factors to the suppliers. These factors made Apple the best supply chain resource at
the global level.

Global marketing of Domino’s
It is beneficial for Dominos involving in the home delivering services and it is a better business
model for them. By seeing their format of home delivery one of their competitors has changed
their format of services. It could be profitable for dominos to carry on their business because it
would help them for making themselves different from their competitors. Different ideas run
from one country to the like in Japan it was declared that the pizza piece can be identified as an
informal food. It makes necessary for dominos that they make their product different from the
other organization. It is important for them to provide quality services to their consumers. They
are using the house delivery model and it would be better work for them. They should try to
continue this model and should try to not become dependent upon their dining services where
they only can take an order when a customer comes in their restaurant.
Most of the people would agree that Dominos has developed different promoting operations for
matching the quality of their product with the running market. It was recommended by the
students to Dominos that the food quality must be equal in their food and menu of Dominos must
be not changed. An example can be given that if we hold up their analysis then the management
would make a change in their menu for making some ideas about the tests of consumers in India
as the people of the country prefer to eat spicy food and Dominos could make a change in their
menu of Indian food. The organization Dominos make changes in menu’s according to the test of
a particular country and develops their food strategies by remaining the test of that country’s
people.
Dominos can use the 4ps model for increasing the popularity of their products. The model
includes factors like product, price, promotions, and place. These factors could be used by
Dominos for making people attracted towards them. With some different methods, Dominos
promotes their product. This is the easy modernization as a design remainder indistinguishable
with a minimum range of changes. If we take Japan as an example then it could be said that the
quality of serving which could be presented in the context of food could be according to the
consumer of that particular country. Like in India people mostly use to eat spicy food and all so
the organization should try to make their food according to the test of consumers. Dominos
created its fundamental allocation strategy and it includes home delivery service to its
consumers. But the management of Dominos made some changes in it for providing support in
the distributing process to their inhabitant marketplaces. Let’s take an example of India where
the two vehicles mostly used in a comparison of cars. On the other side, lots of indispensable
promotion could be identified. There is various kind of dissimilarities that were developed at the
resident level like the heart design used by the Japanese for making the symbol of Valentine ’s
Day and the popularity of India also recognizes it. Value of organization replicates the national
market. Thus we can take an example of Japan where one pie of pizza that contains a price of $
40 is included in their menu.
