Payment Schedule
The development of the project plan is formed for the implication of the application development project and it
would tend to involve the development of the payment scheduling plan. The project had been contracted for
working on term of fixed price contract. The payments are done at the completion of each phase that means
achieving the milestone of each phase.
The resources of the project include IT engineer, app developer, project manager, project planner, project
budgeter, documenter, database admin, system analyst, and contractor as human resources. Moreover the
project would comprise of network components, computers, equipments, devices, storage media, and tools for
testing, infrastructure, and operating system, application for running network, testing software, program
application, and running application as the material requirements.
The overall cost of the project would comprise of developing the application, salary of the project team, and
cost of the material resources used.
Sub-Contractors
The supply of the materials has been outsourced and it would include the employment of a contractor who
would supply the materials for the project. The delivery of the materials to the workshop of the organization
