Reflection on personal learning
Reflection is a method of research to examine the related perspective, actions,
experiences and attributes of yourself. It helps in gaining display and seeing the ways that is
being performed within an event. In this present reflection, it is based on my personal learning
experiences while analysing various case studies and week slides.
In this week 1 slide, I have seen how to make a proposal and what all included in the
proposal. It includes certain headings like research questions, aim and objectives. It also resulted
in getting literature review which helps in analysing different books and journals. It will helps in
collecting and ans lying data through different research approaches and methods. This helps in
analysing data. This also resulted in getting knowledge about research proposal which helps in
making a summary of the whole research project.
In the next week slide, I have discussed about impact of Total quality management on
work. TQM is a broad process of detecting and eliminating the errors. It stays all parties which
are included in production process and sees the overall quality of a final products and services
provided to the customers. Further, I have learnt about how TQM is having positive and negative
impact on the job satisfaction of employees. I have also learnt about does the effects of TQM is
on job satisfaction vary by level in the firm. As per my learning, I have evaluated the effects of
TQM on the organisation and on the employees as well.
Further, in the module, it is discussed about advertising and shared prices. In this I have
analysed about how a running of TV advertisement campaigns designed to boost the company
image and how it can affect their share prices. Further, while analysing this, I have learnt about
how many types of advertising methods are there in an organisation and how this can affect the
share prices of company within a market and within competitors. By this I have enhanced some
of my skills like communication skills and research skills.
In the another case study of job recruitment via the internet is discussed and evaluated.
As it is discussed about how effective recruitment is having on new staff through internet as
compared with the traditional method. As per my views, due to covid 19 pandemic, many of the
organisation shifted towards digitally and they reduces traditional work. They have started using
digital platforms for recruiting of their new staff and this helps in enhancing organisation
productivity and potential.

From the above reflection, it is been concluded that learning and development helps me
in enhancing my various skills and knowledge and also I have discussed about several topic such
as TQM, job satisfaction and internet recruiting. Further, I have also learnt about research
methodology approaches and its framework. These helps me developing opportunities for me in
near future and enhancing knowledge and skills as well. While analysing information about these
topics, I have get information more.
