The power of the commonwealth work differently with the different

across the various states different in types and frequencies. Thus the
commonwealth health and safety act of 2011 is implemented across
various states in different ways.

4 types of guidance information that can be related to WHS are risk

regulations. These can be found easily on the websites of the WHS along

would be known. The act refers to the document that confirms the laws

see if the event is true. Then I would try to investigate on the issue so that I find the reason

If a breach in healthy and safety is reported, then the person should immediately report to his
or her supervisor (staff.flinders.edu.au 2019). If the incident is more serious, suppose if the
there is a fire in the building, then the person needs to call the fire department and then go to
the site but the priority should be keeping himself/herself safe.
15. If you are unsure on how to assist with Health and safety compliance what should you do?
If the person to whom the hazard is reported is unsure of what to do, then the person should
immediately report to his/supervisor and also report online to the authorities once the person is
free after his initial response.

take to ensure you are working on becoming compliant?
