immigration restricted by GOP (Grand old party). There are 3 main models of leadership-
Managerial grid, four framework Approach and situational leadership. Managerial grid- This
concept focuses on concern for tasks and concern for people. Four framework approach does
not fits for football situation. The situational leadership focuses on leader for directing and
employees as supporters.

Mary who plans to join a brush factory has traits of leadership. Marry is more focused
toward one goal. The party focused on immigration restriction for labours so that, labours can
use their rights to vote. The college graduates and women demanded a secular state. The
election option for republicans also have narrowed. A political leader has functions of
inspiration, authority and management. Managing through restricting immigration is not a
wise option. The process of election can continue for 10 days so that all the republicans are
able to vote whenever they get time. Republicans may also criticise Obama for not changing
the decision as per the legal authority by execution action. The understanding level of marry
regarding political parties of what actions should be taken to improve the conditions of the
country is good. The GOP, who is focusing on labours to make policies who are already poor.
Majority of the population have to be in country to support a party who is thinking of labours.
But on the other side, a state has population which includes various types of people. A party
cannot only consider a specific group to take decisions. Person A is aware of state conditions
and considers the problems faced by public. Leader react under the boundaries of a given
culture. Sometimes autocrat leadership may allow a specific action but culturally it may be
wrong (Kuppler, 2014).

Leader should have more traits like-
Leader is responsible for motivation of the employee- the leader offer various
opportunities for development. Appreciating the players when they perform well.
Motivation can be done through strong purpose. Encourage them to come to extra
practises through goal oriented mind set or through a sense of fear (Burgers, Eden,
Engelenburg, & Buningh, 2015).
The importance of the conversation in the whole team and it solves a lot of problem
rather making it more complex. Blaming each other every time for not winning the
votes is not the solution.
Leader should strongly believe in working hard. Leader should make decisions
patiently. Leader should be calm and composed (Levi, 2015).
Political party, restricting immigration due to lack of votes. Adapting with the new
changes is difficult. But leader should have the ability to adapt the dynamics a bit
faster so that it becomes easier to adapt changes.
The prime objective of leader should be to look into the ability of your opponent to
continue competition.
Political leaders are responsible for formulating policies, so that they can help in
welfare of the public.
