Assumptions and business rules:
Each appointment is for one specialist only.
A specialist may not have any qualification or may have many qualifications.
Every listed patient is expected to have an appointment. Each appointment is for one patient only. If the patient is of pensioner/veteran type, then he/she
may get a discount. A pensioner/veteran may not get any discount if it is not offered. If a pensioner is offered discount then the appointment type will have
a value “da”. Each pensioner/veteran appointment discount amount is only for one appointment booked by the related pensioner/veteran.
A listed Test/Procedure might not have been performed in any of the listed appointments.
An appointment’s total charges are calculated based on the tests/procedures performed in that appointment minus any discount if any.
Each referral should be used for one appointment only. A listed GP might not have sent any referral but every referral is from one GP only.
A patient may not have any current medication.
A patient may have many allergies. A patient’s medical history is written in the form of a memo.
An appointment may not create any prescription. Each prescription must have at least one medication detail. Each medication requires a listed medicine. A
listed medicine should be found in either in the current medication of the patient or in any of the prescription’s medication.
A listed specialist may have zero or many appointments.
Each payment is for one appointment only. An appointment might not have received any payment.
