Answer:
Aramex is a Dubai based Logistics company, the organisation effectively competes
within the industry and is effectively focused on the sustainable leadership and the corporate
social responsibility within the industry, also the first organisation to provide the Annual
sustainability report in 2006. The organisation has effectively focused and maintained its
corporate culture towards CSR and ensures that it is being followed within the organisation
(Aramex, 2020). The analysis is based on analysing the impact of leadership within Aramex
at the CSR and the tools and techniques utilised by the organisation to ensure sustainability
and CSR activities within the organisation.
Aramex is an organisation focused on sustainable development, ensures that the
activities within the organisation are focused towards the sustainable practices and the
organisational goals. The leadership at the Aramex focus on ensuring that it has a shared and
the stakeholder’s perspective within the activities at the organisation so that the
organisational objectives can be achieved along with the focusing on the needs and
requirements of the stakeholders. The leadership at the organisation effectively focuses on
employee engagement within the organisation, as the organisational goals to achieve the CSR
goals can be ensured if the employees within the organisation are effectively focused towards
the company’s values and vision. The leaders within the organisation effectively focus on

social development, also the talent and the competencies of the youth can be improved
through such projects and they can further be utilised for the growth of the organisation.
Aramex effectively focuses on reducing the impact of business operations on the environment
by using fuel-efficient vehicles and reducing carbon emissions, and recycled packaging.

Aramex has developed an entrepreneurial approach to provide the individuals and
entrepreneurs opportunities to create and develop their ideas. The management at Aramex
effectively focused on maintaining the CSR and sustainable practices throughout the
headquarters as well as subsidiaries. As the main aim of the organisation was to be focused
on the community and its development. To achieve the aim, the management effectively
established code of conducts within the organisation that is being followed throughout the
organisation including the headquarters and the subsidiaries.
The organisation has developed its policies with the stakeholder’s perspective so that
they can be effectively involved within the CSR as well as sustainability goal achievement.
Also, the organisation follows a decentralised structure which allows the managers or leaders
at various position to take decisions according to the business situation and as per the
organisation vision and value statements. The human resource at Aramex and their
effectiveness towards the organisational goals and objectives is the key asset of the
organisation which helps the organisation in managing the activities at both the headquarters
and subsidiary levels (AUB, 2011).
