I identified or figured out about a new approach with respect to the solution of issues in my
working experience as Night Manager in Oriental Club and Premier Inn Wembley Stadium. The

dissatisfied customers. In order to deal with customers in such a situation I dealt with the
customers politely and tried to pacify them. I made sure that they feel that they are being listened
