Introduction
The present study focuses upon the various business resources of Arcadia Group, which are
respectively; recruitment, and retention of the right people, the effect of the resources, which are
not related to finance, and the role of financial resources. In order to carry out the study various
recruitment requirements, documents, job descriptions, physical and technological resources as
well as financial reports, annual reports derived from internal and external sources are taken into
account to obtain the highest efficient and deliverable organizational performance of Arcadia
Group.
