1. Why do you want to work for us?
I trulytrust in taking a concertedtactic to each venture so as soon as I saw a position with your
company Arcadia to join the insuranceteam, I identified I had to apply. I've seen your work in
marketing sectors, and your behind-the-scenes marketing strategy really enthused me as I saw
the team collaboration in action. I love working with a whole team to acquire a mutual goal, and
I am sure my background in insurance sector has equipped me for this role in Arcadia. I look
onward to fetching anesteemed contributor to the newprodigious team. I studied an article a
couple of months back on the outreach Arcadia does within the common people. Giving
something valuable and offering is a noteworthy part of my own individual values, and I
recollect feeling eager that a corporation values the general community as much as I strive to do.
That enthusiasm even grew bigger when I saw ajob opening in my own field here. I would
actually love bringing myself to work every day, understanding that I am helping to make a
variance in the public through my work in this company. I also value your dedication to
significant trainings, providing your clienteles with free demos to understand how to use the
company’s products effectively. I would love to be a share of this advanced team and use my
previous skills to continue the revolutionary work you are undertaking here.
2. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what did
you do and what was the outcome?)
During my tenure in Tesco, I also worked for insurance office for five years. There existed a
large retailer that carried our insurance claims and had a contract to get our new insurance claims
first, before other insurance companies. That preparation worked fine until we formed too many
of our new insurance claims and wrongly sent them to other vendors, but not to our major retail
partner. It became a crisis. I was handling the Customer Care so I got the call. I roughly spent
about couple of hours on the call calming our main client down. I was able to handle the
situation very perfectly. I immediately got most of the stock claims out to the account, and I
wrote a long email detailing the problem and our immediate solution to the problem and
everything was okay thereafter. We had a conference meeting regarding the mis happening that
took place and after the discussion, I was applauded by my boss and other teammates for
handling the situation so well. We were able to carry out the new stock claims to the main
retailer. Afterwards, our insurance claims came out first in the market than other companies.

4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the
outcome?)
In my past job in Tesco, I had to handle multiple responsibilities in different departments such
ascustomer service, deliveries, stock control etc. Also maintaining good client relations was an
important role. When multiple conflicting priorities would have raised, I have worked out an
important/urgent scale for rating tasks to decide which one is need to be finished first. If any
work is considered both important and urgent then it gets highest priority. Similarly, when a
work is considered as important but not urgent it is then gets next and urgent but not important is
next, at last not important and not urgent will be considered as priority. Whenever any issue
raised or customer complaint about any product, handling the customer is prioritized as both
important and urgent. I have always dealt with the customer and hearing their complaints and
assuring it would be rectified and calmed them down. After that I have analyzed the issue, called
meeting with the respective departments and tried to reach a solution. Sometime it would have
delivery problem, or it could be a shortage in stock. Miscommunication with the customers or

vendors had been happened sometimes. I have managed these tasks by deciding it’s priorities
and taking necessary steps. I have been always praised for the decision making is these
situations.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your point
of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
In my last company Tesco, I was working in customer service department. That time my
company had been continuous to work with an exact vendor for a long time basically because of
dormancy. AS just reestablishing the vendor's agreement every year was the most
straightforward way, thinking about different options was not considered. As I was working in
customer service, I had observed the changes of customer’s demands and trends and the current
vendor was not able to fulfill these demand completely. Therefore, I proposed my company
about other alternative vendors for achieving greater result for the company. At first my
supervisor protested thought about other choices. So, I convinced her to allow me to take time to
assess the top vendors currently in the market and provide her with the suitable alternatives.
Even after analyzing my report it still going to be her final decision on who to work with over
the long haul. We thought about an aggregate of five vendors, also the officeholder was included.
The final outcome was the choice of another vendor with better highlights and usefulness for our
company of expertise at a cost investment funds of more than $30,000 every year.
