INTRODUCTION
The case study provided for team assignment on arceomittal steel id the basis of this
report. The aim is to evaluate own work done in the presentation so that its positive as well as
negative aspects can be highlighted. This is done in the report in order to determine actions and
recommendations which can help overcome identified negative elements of work.
MAIN BODY
Summary of the case
The group has been successfully able to apply various frameworks and theoretical
concepts in case of arceomittal steel by researching on their current plan and strategic action.
Application of these models has helped identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company so
that suitable tactics can be recommended to the firm.
Critical Discussion based on individual contribution
The specific presentation activity was conducted by a group including five team mates. Each of
the teammate had skill and knowledge to specific theoretical frameworks and models which
could be applied for providing consultation to the respective company arceomittal steel. In
context of the specific presentation, each teammate was given an activity by discussing between
the team so that every Member is provided tasks for which their skill level is stupid. This also
ensured that there is no conflict between the team mates regarding their tasks as they are given
activities for which they have volunteered and have the appropriate skill set to complete
effectively in a given time deadline (Curtis and et. al., 2018).
Respective presentation included of various areas such as an introduction and conclusion,
along with application of various tolls and theoretical frameworks in order to understand the
issues faced by the respective company arceomittal steel. Simple application of various
theoretical frameworks to respective company grow was not sufficient to create a suitable
presentation which would provide high grades to the team. In addition to this, effective creation
of the presentation which involved high quality academic writing along with usage of various
visual tools to make the presentation more attractive was necessary to get high grades (da Silva,
2020). In order to achieve this task, the different portions of the presentation were divided with
specific time periods to ensure that each team mate will collaborate with others so that their
mark is completed in a timely manner without any compromise in quality.

sufficient research needed to be conducted with accurate sources so that each team mate is able
to complete their tasks with evidence from different sources suggest journals, online articles, or.
Books. The focus on gathering evidence for each theoretical application, along with the
conclusions and solutions provided in the presentation was conducted to ensure that the full
presentation is backed by sufficient evidence. Referencing plays an important role in creating a
Business Report because it helps back the previous claims and theoretical applications completed
in the presentation (Davis and Berry, 2018). Accurate referencing and citation is essential for
getting high grade on previous account with writing because referencing helps acknowledge
other writers want edition in the work so that plagiarism is avoided.
Each team member had effective references skills so that their ideas and claims provided
the presentation was evidenced by specific citations from general books or articles. Referencing
is the way that you must acknowledge the sources of information that you use in your
assignments, reports, and dissertation. This includes ideas, theories, quotations, facts and figures,
as well as illustrations and even diagrams that are originally created by someone else. My
contribution representation included writing the introduction. I was able to develop decent and
concise introduction for the presentation which included all the points which were elaborated
further into PowerPoint presentation.
I faced various challenges while creating a suitable introduction for the presentation, but
the help and support given by my team mates the booted me in creating a suitable introduction
for the presentation. I was also able to place my referencing insert skin to ensure that each point
covered in the interaction was evidenced by citation from reported journal book or online article.
The main strength of the presentation was that it was concise and clear, and there was also
consistency in writing with other parts of the presentation. Consistency in writing is one of the
key factors which makes a piece of academic writing of better quality (Eaton, 2021).
Consistency in writing while developing a project, assignment or professional
presentation as it helps ensure that the reader is able to follow through all slides without having
difficulty in reading different styles of academic writing. The consistency in writing academic
paper or presentation may be affected negatively if different team members apply their own
writing study on the presentation. This may make the presentation look unprofessional and
difficult to read if the writing style is used by different team members had drastic differences.

Continuous communication and collaboration between team mates helped ensure that the overall
presentation remained consistent and each portion of individual was also consistent with the
main Akademik writing style of the presentation.
The main weakness of own part of the presentation was the time taken to complete the
introduction. I do not have effectively searched in which increase the time consuming for
updating interaction with citations and references from academic sources such as online journals
and articles. In order to improve on this weakness action which can be taken includes applying
CRAAP test and other tools which can help make the process of referencing specific material
quicker. CRAAP is an acronym for Currency, Relevance, Authority, Accuracy, and Purpose. Use
the CRAAP Test to evaluate your sources (Ewing and et. al., 2019).

 CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that a team assignment needs to be completed with
collaboration and communication between two different team mates. This is important as it helps
ensure that the presentation includes consistency in writing and high quality presentation is
completed in a time demand. In addition to this referencing skills of each individual needs to be
updated so that they are able to provide evidence for the claims and theoretical applications made
in the presentation.
