National Health Service is the non profit organisation through public fund process. IT is
serving satisfaction since ages with its successful health practices. The organisation makes use of
every advanced technology to make easy and accurate diagnosis for the services. Maximizing
profits ad returns is not the goals of the firm instead it is focus on serving health services across
the across. Moreover, promoting social welfare and well-being is the key points and criteria of
NHS which assist the enterprise in its success worldwide. The Essay will evaluate the argument
whether should the NHS be privatised or not.
MAIN BODY
NHS be privatised or not has become the critical point of discussion these days, It is the
ethical issue in which the organisation is unable to make judgement between wrong and right.
Serving heath services for free to people across the globe is the major satisfactory however
people these days are misusing the services due to which the efficiency of business operations in
decreasing (Iliffe, and Bourne, 2017). Therefore, social factor has become the key issue of
discussion which is impacting the establishment and free services of National health services.
Moreover, with the increasing health care services ad operations of NHS the company is unable
to take care of the needs of its employees which is impacting their social life and this the reason
behind decreasing efficiency in services. Apparently it has been argued that NHS is the only care
centre which focuses in serving the best employee satisfaction. In accordance the organisation
focuses on establishing healthy and safe work environment for employees. In addition to support
this argument it has been evaluated that NHS organises regular training and development session
in order to enhance the skills of health practitioners and to establishing effective communication
between workers. On the other hand, it has been argued that privatisation of Health services will
lose the efficiency as the organisation will become greedy in terms of earning profits and
generating revenue (Wan, 2017). Furthermore, it has been critically evaluated that if the services
will become privatised than the poor and people under poverty line will not be able to utilize the
services due to the ultimate motive of spreading social welfare will not be in existence. Hence,
the people under poverty line will be continuously suffered from the health issues.
NHS is the fairest way of serving health services across the globe, because when the
private health care organisation delivers the health services than it not affordable by every
individual of society and the health system and facility becomes biased for people (Pros and

privatised as the organisation is doing job by serving social welfare with no motive of
maximizing profits. However, it has been argued that there are health care amenities which are
very expensive and needs huge amount of investment which becomes difficult for the
organisation to manage from funds because the funds collected with NHS are not consistent. In
contrary, if the health services will be privatised than the enterprise has to plan for its own
investment for which it has to bear impact of changing policies like, increasing interest rates,
policies of borrowing etc. Funds are not constant but determine the stable business operations for
National health services.
Establishing effective health services for all people worldwide to provide them take
appropriate treatment regardless of their situation us the mission of NHS which will be vanished
if its services will be privatised. Therefore if the organisation will privatised its operations than
the growth of the company will not be supported by all the citizens instead it will be enjoyed by
the people if society who can afford. Moreover, it will create discrimination among people in
society which will impact its growth and development (Iliffe, and Bourne, 2017). The major
reason behind successful health services is the effectiveness of health services without any
motive of earning. Apparently, it can be critically evaluated that if NHS will not be privatised
than the services of company will be mis-utilised due to which the enterprise and its employees
will have face the impacts losses. The major funds are collected by NHS at time of sine
hazardous incidents or natural calamities in which the people around the world come up the
support the health services by funding but if the enterprise will privatise its function than the
motive of company will drift and society will not support the divergence (Powell, and Miller,
2014). It has been argued that society is price sensitive and is focused on development but when
NHS will privatise its operations than it will influence service users opinions which will restrict
the growth of private functions of National health Services (O'Dowd, 2011). However, it has
been critically analysed that if the services will privatised than the effectiveness of staff services
will improve because then the company will able to pay adequately to employees.
Henceforth, National Health Service should not private its operation as it will drift the
company from its ultimate mission of serving social wellbeing and welfare.
