One of the most geographically tiniest county within the United States is Arlington
County, VA. The neighboring area of this county comprised of the national capital Washington
D.C, city of Alexandria, Fairfax County, and the city of Falls Church. It is a host of numerous
diverse cultures within one area (Perry, 2016). Arlington County is considered as one of the great
places that serve a reasonable rental assistance by providing subsidies and other rental programs
for the residents with low income. Schools within this place serve free or discounted lunch
programs for the suitable families. According to the census report, the estimated population of
this place was approximately 230.050 (2016). Among the population the median age within the
county is 33.9. At the same time, the average income of the household is 105,763 considering
most of the employees of federal government working in DC lives within Arlington. The

backgrounds. The ESOL/HILT office collaborates with APS staff to guide,
support, and monitor instruction that develops academic language and content
knowledge to accelerate student progress. The ESOL/HILT Office also
collaborates with APS staff to build effective parental and community
involvement that promotes student achievement.”
