Introduction
An organization is consisted of several types of resources and among all of them human
resources is one of the most important resources. Maintaining efficient and skilled human
resources within an organization is necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of that
organization. The aim of preparing this report is to describe the contribution of human
resources to the success of an organization and the importance as well as way of maintaining
efficient human resources within an organization. This report will be prepared based on the
scenario of ARM Holdings PLC. According to ARM, (2020), it is a global software design
company which was founded at 1990 in United Kingdom. This report will cover different
topics related to human resources including organizational design theory, approaches for
attracting and maintaining human resources, contemporary knowledge for HR development
