Report
AI Summary
This report analyzes the business process management (BPM) challenges faced by Arrow Professionals Services, a staffing agency with multiple locations. The core issue revolves around inefficient internal communication, particularly the excessive sharing of information across all branches, leading to unnecessary emails and disorganized communication. The report details the existing processes and proposes improvements through process design, including enhancements to the email system, database management, internal systems (MIS), and communication methods like the implementation of an intranet. It also incorporates a gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes, outlining action plans to achieve strategic objectives. The report aims to streamline communication, improve efficiency, and address the specific needs of Arrow Professionals Services by leveraging technology and strategic process adjustments, ultimately enhancing the organization's operational effectiveness.

1. Process Design:
1.1 Email System:
E-mail messages transfer through internet are vulnerable and can be eavesdropping
due to it insecure channel and it can cause risk in the privacy of E-mail. SMTP or Simple
Mail Transfer Protocol and POP3 or Post Office Protocol third are the selected protocols (Hu,
Peng & Wang, 2017). The SMTP help user by sending electronic mails to other users and
also by receiving electronic mails, and the POP3 help in downloading the messages to the
computers by adding the possibilities in reading the messages even when there is no Internet
service and it also help in accessing the mailbox, these protocol are unsafe. The important
algorithms which can be equal to encryptions and decryptions messages which content of
electronic mails system is algorithm named AES and contains many from functions
(Recognised cost, Securing, Scalable, Easy to Understand) (Bosley & Ball, 2017). Anyhow
this type of algorithm has short encryption speed and also contains a very low quality
efficiency along with a poor level, if the attachment is huge in size. For this reason it is
required to develop AES algorithm so that at the time of implementing encryption and
decryption it works effectively, public can easily know the algorithms. The secret is the key.
At the time of sending sensitive data to an unsecure channel the encryption is always
effective but it cannot handle the long keys. This is because maintaining and sharing of the
long and randomly key is a typical problem in the encryption system. This problem can easily
handle through utilizing a system which is a type of biometrics which reduces the
requirement of remembering of the key. Exchanging this through an open network may cause
a chaotic mapping which consist of vital characteristics similar to the technology named
encryption because of randomization. The sensitivity can be referred to the control
parameters and primary configurations. In building powerful cryptographic systems these
types of features from the chaotic system helps in powerful choice (Ruoti et al. 2016). It also
generates a secrets primary robust complex and indiscriminately against possible kinds of
attacks. Here this paper used improved algorithm named as AES, primary-bio-chaos which
content the biometric (fingerprint) and chaotic system in the design of a proposed security E-
mail system.
1.2 Database:
Database: By collecting of the inter-relating data which helps in insertion, easy to
retrieve and delete data from database and manage the data within the form of schemas,
views, reports and entities and many more (Arasu et al. 2016). For example, office database
organize the data about employer, employee etc which helps in insertions, deletion and
retrieval of data from the database.
Database Management System or DMBS: The database management application can
help in handling the database is known as the DBMS or Database Management System. For
Taken as an example, Oracle, MYSQL and many more are one of the famous commercial
DBMS (Reddy et al. 2014). This also used in different applications and allows the users in
the tasks named below:
Data Definition: The data definition assists in insertion of data which resides within
the database.
Data Updation: This sadists in deleting the actual data resides in the database, as well
as data modifications.
Data Retrieval: Data retrieval help to find data that is stored into the database (Van
Aken et al. 2017).

User Administration: User administration means which help in monitoring and
registering users, monitoring performance, maintain data integrity, enforce data security,
deal with the concurrency control and recover the information which deleted by unexpected
failure (Raza et al. 2018).
1.3 Communication:
Visible Light Communication (VLC) is the tools which acts as an efficient component
developing the next generation communication networks (Ananyevskiy et al. 2014). There is
a particular ongoing work which increases the feasible rates of data utilizing the VLC. This
technology includes and regulates the network within the existing network infrastructures.
The capability of creating lower cost fabricate transceiver elements and the potential of
comprehending the higher rates of data transfer assists the future of VLC systems. The paper
report s the fabrication and design of the integrated receiver and transmitter components.
There are two types of dimensional individual addressable array of microlight emitting diodes
(μ LEDs) in the transmitter and the receiver used by fabricating a CMOS using the
technology named photodiode array (Leung et al. 2016). Implementation of the system
named MIMO operates at a rate of ~1Gbps a preliminary result. This kinds of communication
also takes the experiments in attaining high communication parallel information with
potential bottlenecks within the integrated methods.
The transmitter contains the 2-D array of μ LEDs functioning at the wavelength of
450 nm. The μ LEDs are compelled by corresponding CMOS or metal–oxide–semiconductor
drivers. The μ LEDs are Lambertian sources along with a separation angle of 120 degrees
which is also known as the full-angle (Mosquera, Melendez & Latasa, 2015). This reduce the
separation angle and it reduce the loss of path. To the photodiode (PD) imaging optics to the
maps receiver the μ LED array. The PDs and the μ LEDs pitch size must match so that it can
match cross-communication among the MIMO networks within a system that operates on
images. Imaging optics is not required to the ganging scheme. To give the desired FOV a
diffuser must be utilized after the optics of transmitter (the details of optics design is provided
within the below sections). At the time of receiving, the PDs photocurrents is converted into
voltage by using Trans impedance amplifiers (TIA) and processed separately (for MIMO) or
summed (for ganging) (Vikram et al. 2017). By estimating the channel H-matrix the MIMO
receiver can easily overcome any crosstalk. And recover the data by using MIMO data
decoding algorithms and the MIMO decoding algorithm can be found easily.
1.4 Internal System (MIS):
Now a days, contemporary technology adding to the handling a
fresh dish which make it able to accomplish higher than previous
technology. By motivating those for exploiting these IT advancement
within the field of contemporary technology as well as to modify and
develop its presentation through enhancing the how quickly the task is
completed, accuracy of the occurring transaction, providing customer
service facility in line and desires. Help by supporting the decision making
process (Al Shobaki & Naser, 2016). In this way it will help in improving
the quality of decisions, productivity information and their increasing
value.
Computerized management information system now a days help
business organization in various way. It help in strengthening the
competiveness and achieve the said objectives. It also contribute in

developing and improving the performance development of the proposed
system relies on sophisticated as well as modern IT infrastructure that
make it possible for these organizations defining policies and provide
direction on real data and make it able to obtain the corrects
management decision (Naser & Al Shobaki, 2016). The MIS or
management information system advances and build up the
performances of the employees this is because of the relationship of the
professional development of active employees, and functions assigned by
the employees quickly, efficiently and with the high rate productivity. To
recognize the weakness within the MIS or management information
system within the Company that distributes electricity in Gaza there must
be in growth of the industry, the presences of huge business frameworks
(Dwivedi et al. 2015). To achieve its goals and general objectives it must
be structured and interaction of a larger system and managing the
database where the pursuit of the research of weakness identify.
Therefore it will raise the efficiency of the employee performance and be
able to develop (Fang et al. 2014).

2. Gap Analysis:
The gap analysis done in the following part specifies the present status of the
procedures as well as the expectations from the system. This gap analysis assists in
identifying and understanding the loopholes in present processes. Moreover, through the
analysis it is possible to define the actions that are mandatory for cover-up the loopholes.
This will surely help the business to achieve the strategic organization goals. Moreover, it
will generate a stage for evaluating the existing process so that comparison can be done for
current processes and to-be processes.
