The entrepreneurship refers to the processes of the designing, the launching and the
maintenance of a business that is newly presented within the given region. The businesses that
are generally known as the entrepreneurship businesses are generally observed to be classified
under the group of the small businesses. The entrepreneurs are known to have brought in a
development within the given area. The development that is faced by the areas is due to the
creation in the wealth within the given area with the help of the operations of their own
entrepreneurial ventures. The major ways to create the wealth within the organization is through
the creation of the jobs within the given area thereby increasing the area of employments within
the concerned territorial boundaries. The article in discussion throws major light on the

entrepreneurs and the ways in which the local stakeholders of the concerned entrepreneurs had

pursues and discusses the various ways and methods in which the issues that are presented within
the organization in the cultural, environmental as well as the social aspects might be resolved in
a proper manner. The book chapter attempts a discussion on the implementation of the
sustainability of the societal entrepreneurship through the involvement of the people from
various spheres of the society.
Johannisen and Sundin (2012) in the book chapter entitled “Narrating Astrid Lindgren’s
World as societal entrepreneurship” discusses the fact that the sustainability of the societal
entrepreneurship can be presented through the proper involvement of people from all the sectors
of the society wherein the concerned people belong. The authors put forth the fact that the
societal entrepreneurship can be conducted through the communications that are completed on a
personal basis by the entrepreneurs.

the creativity that was required for the resolution of the various conflicts that arose among the
local communities.
The strengths of the chapter lie in the discussion that the establishment of the theme park
had helped the development of the independence among the residents. This helped in attracting
more tourists to the area thereby leading to the overall growth in the area. This growth within the
area was observed both in the economic factors as well as in the development of the human
resources of the area.However the chapter has a major weakness lie in the lack of discussion on
the impact of this on a larger scale.
Recommendations
The major recommendations that might be discussed in context of the above discussion
are enlisted below.
 The involvement of the people who have been present in the locality should be
encouraged. This in turn would lead to the development of the services that are provided
to the clientele of the entrepreneurial venture, the theme park in this case.

local culture within a given area. The involvement of the local people has helped the concerned
organization with the creativity that is depicted by the volunteers who form a large part of the
local community. The entrepreneurs have a huge positive impact on the development of the local
culture due to the implementation of the knowledge acquired by the concerned entrepreneurs
