The Project mainly reflects on the adoption of artificial intelligence that generally helps in
performing number of operations like numerical calculations. It is assumed that adoption of
artificial intelligence will generally benefit the organization in context to efficiency as well as
time. As per the study that is conducted initially, it is found that the adoption of AI in business
organization will be helpful in replacing the requirement of manual entry as well as management
of various types of computerized data. In addition to this, it is identified that if artificial
intelligence is programmed for performing different number of operations then it will generally
help in automatically performing various business operations without the requirement of
managing the operations by manual handling. However, adoption as well as development of AI
in business organization is considered as a difficult job due to absence of proper level of
technology. Hence, it will generally need some tie in order to build AI with all the proper
functionality so that proper positive outcome of the project can be achieved by performing
different iterations before achieving the objectives as well as goals of the organization.
Accordingly, this project is generally planned for developing a prototype on AI that will
generally help in perform selected number of activities under the testing environment in order to
make sure that the adoption of AI will be advantageous for the business organization. As the
project plan that was created, entire project will be completed within the time-period of 12 weeks
in different phases. Each phase of the project generally constitute a milestone that needs to
completed by each week. Feasibility study was mainly conducted in order to determine the
feasibility of the project by considering number of factors like finance, time and more. At the
completion of 3rd week, the charter was successfully completed and all the duties of the project
are allocated to the various project stakeholders as well as team members. It is found that project

charter is one of the important document that mainly contains all the necessary information about
a project including risk management plan, deliverables, project objectives budget, schedule and
more. All the factors are generally identified properly in order to achieve the objectives as well
as goals of the project. In the next few week, all the different activities that are associated with
project planning as well as initiation are completed. The milestones include project initiation,
meeting targets, procurement of budget and others. As per the difficulty in achieving the project
milestone, it is identified that proper time must be allocated to ach of the activities of the project.
By the end of the 12th week, all the deliverables that are associated with the project are
successfully completed. The entire project is successfully completed on the assumed time and
budget that is estimated during the planning phase of the project.
