According to article on : “Rise in globalism doesn't mean the end for nationalists”,
according to recent event suggestion globalisation is backlash by nationalist which is consider as
a risk. Decision of United Kingdom to left the European Unions after wining of Donald Trump
in U. S presidential election. This is also grow its popularity of right wing parties at several
places such as France, Austria and Germany.
According to survey which is conducted on “Global citizens love their country ” shows
that 82 percent are strongly get identified with their nations whereas 74 percent are highly proud
of their nations (Rise in globalism doesn’t mean the end for nationalists, 2019). Global
citizenship is refers to social identity which shows how an individual prioritize its values such as
self enhancement and universalism. There are some global citizens who get motivated by morals
of universal which are related to protection of environment and ensuring welfare of citizens of
country. Moreover to protect nation egoistic motives can be used.

According to survey conducted by PwC, 88 % millennials only want to work with those
company who reflect their own value. Whereas 86 % of millennials says that they are playing a
role of employer whose corporate level responsibilities now didn't meet with their expectations.
This research focuses on how now a days young millennials are more concentration about
fulfilment of careers and conduct huge changes in order to reshape their workplace in proper
manner. This shows that employers are no more yield simple to pay lip services on several
essential or necessary issues such as sustainability, equality and diversity in gender and many
other. They develop appropriate activities or strategies to overcome it in proper manner. Along
with this employees at a purposed led business are consider as more productive in comparison to
average workers. In this workers are more enthusiastic and energetic because they know that
they are contributing to larger icon. As well as millennials are consider as big icon thinker who
think unique and creative ideas to make their business succeed. In today's scenario it is no longer
essential for business person to always present in a social ethical, they also need to be internalise
and incorporate in order to empower millennial employees. Main and essential reason behind

succession of business is strong team work. If a person wants to develop a effective and
successful business they need to work on common goal or objective. Along with this it is also
necessary for an employer to motivate to its employees so that they work on common goal.

50 percent work of human in effective and proper manner which leads to reduction in occupation
and increase in unemployment. It is predicted that by 2024 machines will more effectively
translate language, write high school easy by 2026, drive a truck better than human by 2027,
work in retail by 2031 and many more. This shows that jobs of human is automated within
upcoming 120 years.
