assignment is based on ASDA Company operating their business in retail sector since for so
long. It explains artificial intelligence impact on organization and also justifies challenges faced
by firm while implementing AI to improve business performance. Furthermore, in this study
appropriate research methodologies will be taken by researcher in order to conduct research in
effective manner and offer better findings at the end.

companies can used to enhance their productivity and profitability more than its competitors
(Brougham and Haar, 2018). This technology caters rapidly improving performance &
development of unique procedure that deliver important benefits in an increasingly competitive
environment to firms. By using this machines in production and other business operations
management can also expect same types of outcomes irrespective of season, timings and other
things those they cannot expect from workers. In context of this research proposal, the overall
subject is based on ADSA firm operating in retail sector with skilled and talented applicants.
