Digital business refers to the involvement of digital technologies in business. It assist
organisations in improving their efficiencies so that they can achieve their prescribed goals and

digital streaming. It was established in 1994 and headquartered in US. This report will discuss
about artificial intelligence and it was developed. A detailed description is carried out about the
technology used in artificial intelligence and its usage is mentioned in this report. Technological;
software and platforms used in technology is described in this report. Types of organisations
which uses artificial intelligence and how this can be used as business tool is included in this
report.

development of better decisions, reduce human errors, etc. Amazon can easily improves their
customer experiences by updating their procedures and operations. This appropriately predicts

facilities to them. Organisations can easily design capabilities which gives customised

accuracy and speed of operations can be easily increased by an organisation without any
difficulties which is highly beneficial for them in order to generate higher revenues. It reduces
the time and waste of resources which is mandatory for the achievement of goals and targets.

services and products in appropriate manner. Complex and critical tasks and be easily carried out
