of the existing and potent clients are affected in a better way. This report will provide the
research approach that are requited for performing the project. This report will also provide a
detailed description regarding the usage of Artificial Intelligence in business organization.
Proper understanding of the trend that is present wit respect to the platform of Artificial
Intelligence. This report will also provide a detailed description of functioning of Artificial
Intelligence. Requirements that are required for implementation of Artificial Intelligence will
also be provided. Reflection will also be delivered in the report.
Research approach and methodology
The research methodology that is used in this project is primary quantitative data
analysis and Secondary qualitative. In the initial stages of the project commencement,
secondary quantitative methodology will be used. With the benefit of the secondary
quantitative straightforward sympathetic o the terminologies that are included in the process
will be made. With the support of the basic empathetic the main advantage that will be gained
includes better management of the entire job as the understanding of the venture. With the
assistance of the proper understanding of the theoretical aspect of the project can be

methodology will get completed. With the help of reviewing the peer reviewed journals the
foremost improvement that will be obtained includes better understanding of the architecture

completion of the survey the data that will be collected will be put into analysis. This is one
of the main reasons that completion of the project will be affected in a positive manner. After
gaining the data as per the survey deducing the expected resultant can be made. This project
will incur the usage of both qualitative and quantitative research methodology. After
completion of the qualitative research methodology, quantitative research methodology will
be performed.

training time, increasing of transparency in the functioning of the project.
Chatbot are Artificial Intelligence based software that helps in instigating of the
communication process. This application mainly finds its usage in the messaging or calling
on behalf of a particular website of business organization (Wilson & Daugherty 2018).
Chatbots are considered to be the most innovative communication process in between the
human and computer systems. Chatbot usage has been gaining increase in the terminology of
the project management. With the benefit of proper organization of the scheme with the
assistance of the occupational organization.

completion of the training purpose of the project. This guarantees the circumstance that the

collection. Artificial Intelligence is mainly related to the management of the employees.
Marketing of the products are also affected in a positive manner. With the help of the proper
management of the marketing aspect of the products gaining better understanding of the
project will get performed. Despite this issue of cost incurring in the project due to
implementation of Artificial Intelligence, the project will be performed with high efficiency
and this is the reason that cost efficiency is high. Embracing new technologies has been
affecting business management in a positive manner according to me. I also feel that
Artificial Intelligence has been acting as both boon and bane in business organizations. With
several advantages being provided by the system, the main issue that is present includes
axing of job roles. With the help of Artificial Intelligence, business organizations have been
able to axe off several designations like tech support and data analytics. With the help of
Artificial Intelligence, chatbots have been highly accepted in business organizations and
hence the employees who were dealing with the customer service processing gets axed off.
This axing off of regular employees creates a negative node on the socio economic stage.
Despite axing off of the employees, business organization will be having a higher turnover as
the accuracy that is provided by Artificial Intelligence is unmatchable and hence the
customers get better service. I also feel that Artificial Intelligence has been increasing the
comfort in the functioning of business organization as Artificial Intelligence helps in accurate
data analytics. The salary of experienced and skilled data analytics is very high. Initial cost

might be higher but the benefits that will be received by the business organization will be

main advantage that is received includes creation of vacancies for skilled candidates. With
