Influence of artificial intelligence on future
Artificial Intelligence is basically a theory and development of machines or computer
systems in such a way that it can perform tasks which require human intelligence, like language
translation, speech recognition etc. to make human work easy. According to a study AI will have a
huge influence on our future both in positive way and in negative way (Russell and Norvig, 2016).
First they will talk about the effect it will have on our future in a good way: as it have already seen
self driven cars although they need a driver but in future with the growing need of artificial
intelligence we will see fully automated cars in which no driver will be required, AI companies are
developing devices which are useful in business today and among those we believe there will be a
camera technology in future which will help retailers to observe customers behaviour using sensing
technology through cameras (Artificial intelligence, 2013).
Now they will talk about the negative influence which AI will have on our future: humans
need to learn things either by visualizing it or reading it or sensing it or by any other way, we are
not programmed with any of this (Nilsson, 2014). AI could cut us out with any of these human
experiences. It is also affecting our thinking out of the box ability. In future it may also affect job
opportunities for human as we know nowadays for many things robots are developed and it will
affect us in future as it will reduce job opportunities in future by replacing all the human work by
machine work.
